5.1 Listing Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accuracy, property listings on our platform are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information
  • The availability of any listed property
  • The accuracy of prices, sizes, or specifications
  • The quality or condition of any property

Users should independently verify all property information before making any decisions.

5.2 User Submissions

If you submit property listings or content to our platform, you:

  • Warrant that you have the right to list the property
  • Agree to provide accurate and truthful information
  • Grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote the listing
  • Accept responsibility for any claims arising from your submission

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Property Transactions

7.1 Role of Staymora

Staymora acts as a licensed real estate brokerage facilitating connections between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. We are not a party to any property transaction unless explicitly stated.

7.2 Due Diligence

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including:

  • Verifying property ownership and title
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Reviewing all legal documents
  • Seeking independent legal and financial advice
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws

7.3 Fees and Commissions

Brokerage fees and commissions are subject to separate agreements. Standard UAE market rates apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Staymora and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Staymora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for actions or omissions of property owners, buyers, or other third parties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Staymora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to our platform

11. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

  • The content or practices of linked websites
  • Any transactions you conduct with third parties
  • The availability or accuracy of third-party services

12. Modifications to Terms
